Thread: Unable to get Data Usage details even after logged in

Hi guys
I am unableto view my data usage on data.bsnl.in i ma able to logged in successfully. But i get to this page (screenshot attached)...
where can i get usage details ?

If you click "MY Portal" on top. you may get a message Data not available.
Appears to me, the local BSNL staff use this page to extract users BB usage for bill calculation, and then post it in Selfcare Page. Not confirmed.

confirm you are from Hyderabad. or from
Kalyan ( Maharastra) or some town in Orissa.

Register in Selfcare and then log in.

Thanks I have registered on bbusage.bsnl.in let see if i get my uage. earlier i used to get it from data.bsnl.in but there is some site creation page and no links for data usage details.
Don't you guys having 117.x.x.x checked data.bsnl.in site?

@meetdilip : Is the link functional selfcare.wdc.bsnl.in was unavaible to open it ..or may i m in office will check 4m home.

@HACKdown : i am able to to login to data.bsnl.in but they have changed designed and all an im unable to find the usage link..

UserID/PW provided by member of another forum. Not mine.

tried to login but failed its give authentication failed.

tried with bsnl id with and without bsnl.in domain also tried with portal id but no success. its giving me authentication failed while i am able to login to data.bsnl.in

don't know what this BSNL guys are doing changing all site flow of data.bsnl.in..

Did you register as a fresh user/
at SAP portal ?
You have to get a Password from BSNL.
Then only you can access your selfcare menu page...

i m getting SMS alert of BSNL on 21st may i got 614 MB has been used msg its fine but today its say my 100% free usage is over how is it possible when 22 and 23 my net was down and i hardly surfed for 40 -50 mb..

i have already registered with the wdc selfcare url still it says BSNL customer care will contact u when i don't it almost 2 weeks..does anyone know any url were i can check my daily usage

Try this application for local usage check.
if any problem with BSNL readings you must have your own record H24 every day., to compare and accept as some proof , that you were not active at certain periods.
