    Default Bsnl customer care :x

    i have tried to register an id (SAP NetWeaver Portal), i haven't got my userid and password yet, it has being more than one week that i have registered with the portal, i even tried to contact the custmer care no. 1500, but in vain these Bsnl customer care executive doesn't attend the call i suggested one of my friend two days before to register in the portal, he got his id the next day, i tried reregistering and i get this message "This Customer Id is already registered in the System!" as a precautionary measure i tried to unlock/reset password keeping this in mind that bsnl might have sent the mail into my spam. But again the following message
    Regsitration Pending with BSNL
    You cannot unlock account/reset password because:
    Your Registration Request is pending with BSNL Call Center Agent for Approval. Once approved, you will receive an email with your Login Credentials.
    For further clarification, please contact BSNL Customer Care.
    wat to do now????

    Your Registration Request is pending with BSNL Call Center Agent for Approval.

    Any forgot Password Option ?
    click that and answer your secret question !

    Since you have to register with the consumer number ( as shown in your Telephone BILL ), try to register again
    with new ID.
    What is the error message now ?

    i tried reregistering got the following err message
    "This Customer Id is already registered in the System!"

    Tried to change password got the following message.
    Regsitration Pending with BSNL
    You cannot unlock account/reset password because:
    Your Registration Request is pending with BSNL Call Center Agent for Approval. Once approved, you will receive an email with your Login Credentials.
    For further clarification, please contact BSNL Customer Care.

    Only BSNL can set a password and inform you now.
    Would you like to send an ONLINE complaint ?

    Usually "when you click "forgot Password "
    you will be asked the Secret question, .
    if answered properly new password will be sent to email address registered.
    Here this option is not available.

    Call your local exchange and seek help. You may also complain to the higher authorities. Address and phone no of Appellate authority and nodal officer available on the backside of your bill.

    hello!Is it this much bad in mumbai? it is MTNL isnt it? here in MYsore i got the modem connected activated it.i was asked to phone anumber in local xchange in the afternoon.that lady SDE gave me. the details over phon e itself.i logged in and changed the pW to one of my choice.matter over.there is no need to phone 1500 here in Bangalore and Mysore.
