Default Help required for mt882 modem

Hi i m bala, new to this forum. I have a problem during config of my modem. My lef pane while viewing 192.168.1.1 is not visible. Please help to resolve my problem

^ we need to know your browser name , its version ;
and your OS details to respond to this query . And
also inform us if you have Java Runtime Environment
installed in your system ...

XP service pack? 1 or 2?
and have you got java instaled?

I m using XP pro with service pack 2 and have jre 1.5 installed and working properly

I meant java working perfectly but still my left pane not visible

you are sure that java is working perfectly with the browser .
strange - this problem should not happen - I donot see any
reason for this . however if possible can you reinstall IE7 ...
