Thread: slow download speed???

hi there...
i have bsnl 750 unlimited broadband plan.
i am getting damn slow download speed (download speed : 24 kbps and upload speed: 36 kbps).
i tried to complaint about it on the bsnl portal but they ask me some unique id ( which they say is mentioned on my telephone bill ) but cant find it ( i dont think online services are available in my city ( i live in ajmer, raj))
so i cant even post a complaint there..
please help me somehow...

I dont see damn slow download speed from your speed test result.
For getting 200KBps download speed switch to BB 500

Ya, he is getting 30KBps..... for a 750 plan its good.....

you can check accurate internet speed here by use this link ip-detailsdotcom after that you just Analise your problem,then i suggest you to some options like you to clear cookies then re install the modem then try to stop multiple downloads , after that you have problem means just contact your service provider.....
