|  I can't see my service records.please help. Hi guys, I'm a new member in this forum.For the past 2 weeks i can't see my service records in dataone.Every time i click the links for service record and modify password,nothing happens.I have tried IE,Firefox,Opera..but i am unable to see it.but surprisingly i can access it from my friend's house.What may be the cause and any workaround?please help.  |

Rep Power: 3  |  hmmm.. it happened to me once.. but.. it kinda sorted out by itself.. btw.. when u change the pass.. does it even inform u that its the wrong pass? does ur browser accept cookies? |

| I changed the password in November.It accepted password successfully.The problem started from December.Since then I can neither change password nor I can view service records.The links are not working.My browser accepts all cookies. |

Rep Power: 3 | ok.. tell u what.. i dunno if this is possible.. but.. if it is.. i guess its worth a try.. to know if ur connection is being prevented form viewing ur records.. maybe if ucan go to someone else's house, go online with ur account, then.. check... if it still does not work... then.. there is definitely a problem with the account.. otherwise.. some glitch with ur IE.. but.. the problem with that is the fact that apparantly our connections are port blocked.. so.. don think it can be done.. but.. its worth a shot.. |
