dear friends
when i visit bsnl portal, it says to visit another site for bhubaneswar which is of hyderabad telecom and doesn't work.what to do??
What is the message or webpage
you get when you log in at BSNL Portal
The scroll message mentions some Orissa towns
and most likely your town also included.
try http:// selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in
Register with your own ID
Password will be sent to your email address.
Later access the menu and check your Broadband usage.
In the meantime to keep track of your usage
download this software.
Try this website:
http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in ( for towns in Orissa ?)
register
Password will be sent by email
wait to access the menu page.
Para two:
in the meantime down load this application
NetWorX , to check usage from today.
http://www.softperfect.com/products/networx/
Feedback please.
sorry
i am talking about that link only
that link is of hyderabad telecom and i cant register as i don't have the details the site is asking, because they are provided to hyderabad tlecom people only.
i verified this from my friend.
is there any new portal??
The link is correct. The link for Hyderabad is CRM
For Orissa, it is
CRM
Both looks the same. You need to register before you check the usage details.
This may help

see new thread., you have started.
@meetdilip
Incorrect.
Depends how the NetWorx or any other B/W meter is used.
For Instance , i connect to two ISPs.
One has free usage 09Pm to 08AM
assume I had set local B/W meter not to record usage.
By chance I change to ISP2 which does not give me NU. and download heavily.
Then error possible.
Worst case scenerio1) All B/W meters read more than Bsnl Portal meter: No harm.
(2) Local B/W meters read less than Bsnl usage portal.
Mistake on [part of user , who might have disabled the meter, at various times.
Also wifi traffic with other systems/ VOIP cannot be recorded by any B/W meter.
I find this application, most useful with the many options available.
