Follow the steps in this thread.

http://www.indiabroadband.net/broadb...nectivity.html (How to repair - Limited or No connectivity)

    Once finished,

Start > run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.

If you have an exisiting setup working with another modem.
    Check
    Start NETWORK LAN
    Properties
    Network settings
    select TCP/IP
    Properties
    New page
    see this
    192.168.1.10 ( or blank)
    255.255.255.0 ( or blank
    192.168.1.1 ( or blank) ( * modem IP access )
    If all are blank
    enter above data
    Apply SAVE.
Now connect Beetel 450BX and try
If you access modem refer the link given earlier.

Worst CASE: RESET the modem with power on for for 20 to 30 seconds. Factory settings will be restored.
( RESET access in the rear or a small round hole
near right side bottom ) access with ball pen refill

    Feedback.

i did do the TCP/IP changes and jus after doing tht, the modem was dejected i.e. the modem seems to b not connected. i once again tried to restart the modem, the green lite nd orange lite at the laptop flashed for 10 sec ( where the LAN is connected) nd thn again the modem is nt connected. i revert back to my old modem of single LAN, even tht dsn't connect, so nw i again change the TCP/IP adresses to Default. nw the old modem is connecting, bt The beetel 450Bx1 is nt connecting. i tried the hard reset bt still no effect
