Thread: NO BSNL data usage details till now for may.

Hi,

One observation, i'm just not able to access usage details for may till now. The month changeover took atmost 1 full day to show up, atleast till now. But its 3rd today and usage details still not available neither in bbusage.exe utility nor in the portal website.

Everyone else has same problem?

From 1 st to 5 th, server is down for billing purposes. During this period, the usage details are not properly updated.

I am from Mumbai Kalyan and I am also not able to access usage details. Whenever I log in I get a screen showing how to build a website!!! Is it due tothe fact that they are building selfcare for Kalyan division of BSNL.
If any of you from Kalyan area, please confirm. The billing process has also gone haywire. Now they have introduced previous balance, this month due and total dues etc. type of bill. Even after paying my bill, the next bill shows I owe money to them. Previously I used to pay in the Post Office and now the Post Office people are refusing to take my payment and I have to go to BSNL office.

why cant i see the details of may month???Is there anything related to clearing the cookies or what??
Also,can you check the usage for old months like Jan,Feb using this new portal???In the old portal,there was the facility to check previous months usage..
I cannot understand why have these stupids rolled such a bull-**** portal into production without checking it thoroughly..Instead of providing better features,the ne wportal is lacking some of the basic old features...

sorry for the late reply..Checked networx and using it right now, working fine. One question though about settings--->monitored interfaces. With "All dial up connections" and "ignore local traffic within LAN" is checked, it stops working. How to configure the settings if I don't want the LAN data UL/DL not to be included in the traffic??

Usage details are available for this month in the portal. Just checked...

See Post No 9. and confirm the portal you used.. may or may not work ! Check up telephone bill details in menu !

That is the same webcare portal iam using..but i can only see the usage of April month...

Probably data not transferred from main usage portal.
better use NetWorx to keep track of your usage later if you find not much difference in meter readings with Bsnl portal, can forget selfcare portal and keep "BP" normal !

Update : for another user in MAHARASTRA details upto May10th.
Seems total shown including April !

It seems the work on the selfcare site is not complete for Maharashtra. I had applied for user id and it is still pending. I am not able to see my usage. I am using external software as recommended by essebe. Whenenever I log in into the normal usage site I am greeted with a screen "Welcome to Portal 6.1 and set up your site, modify your theme, and add new content. and what not. We have to be patient with govt. bodies.
