Thread: Pathetic BSNL Customer Service

Previously I used to be a supporter of BSNL customer service but of late (ever since the the one and only the Raja came into the ministry) their customer service have become pathetic.

Their 1500 and 1504 number to call customer service executives are available only in paper and no b***ds attend the phone at all. Every time i call that number i get the voice recorder "we thank you for your (f**king) patience....." and telling me to hold which i tried to hold for nearly half hour to no avail.

Now, i am saying that BSNL customer service is nothing but bullshit!

yeah you are right. i agree with you. but we can do nothing about it.it is government and they dont give a heck to your complaints. the best thing we can do is to change to other internet providers and encourage others to do the same. in this way we can bring loss to bsnl. hehe

We dont have to try it hard to bring bsnl to losses, it is already running in huge losses due to inefficiency of its minister who is busy in (you know what)! BSNL used to run in huge profit during the previous minister's regime!

yeah right. i hope they run into huge losses and have to shut down the company.
