Thread: usage problem

i changed my plan from 500 c+ to Home ULF 900. so it is unlimited right??
512 kbps upto 8 gb and 256 beyond that. right??
so why am i charged in the usage detail portal?? please see under the chargeable units in the pic i attached.
it is 488 mb. i should not be charged for it right??? please help me

Go to data.bsnl.in, under post paid orders, enter the telephone no in the prescribed format and post the screen shot here. Remember to blacken your personal details.

you are charged for the days which were under 500 C+ plan. Your unlimited plan starts only from the effective date. From the effective date, you will be charged as zero.

yes now i understand. this 900ULF plan started from 4 may not 1 may. so maybe the usage of 1st, 2nd and 3rd may must have been counted. thanks dilip

thanks dilip for telling me that. i didnt know. thanks a lot. i removed the pic. since my problem is solved u all wont be needing it anymore. i am new here. so after getting my problem solved, can i delete the thread? or leave it just like that???

You can edit etc only for 24 hours.
After that your post and annexures etc cannot be deleted.
If you want you can send PM (Private Message) TO @ admin, giving reasons.
He can delete any post/any thread, any time.

No need to delete the thread. Leave it as a reference for others.

Threads should not be deleted because the contents are most useful for others. If you need help in edits, just send me the text, and I will do the needful.
