    Red face Speed Problem

I have BSNL UL750 Plan. And speed 256Kbps. I am supposed to get Download speed of 30KBps. When I download via Browser I get that speed but during torrents Download using Utorrent 2.0. My speed jumps up to 34KBps and decreases to 20KBps. It has good seeds. Please tell me the correct settings for Utorrent 2.0 with 256Kbps conection.

    One suggestion :
the U/l speed you select in torrents.keep it minimum.
Speed will vary depending on servers, peak traffice net conditions etc.
Checking speed at torrents is not a standard indication.
Check speed regularly at this site.
This makes a record of speed at different times.
For a fast Internet speed upto 2 Mbps for the same cost Rs 600/= with NU 02-08AM
In two hours you down load what you can do in 16 hours with Home 750 Plan
    ( *many conditions apply)
day limit of 2.5 GB should be sufficient for surfing.

Download any file from Microsoft and report the speed here. Check the guide given in the previous guide by me.
