Rep Power: 0 | i am having siemens SL2_141 modem with bsnl dataone unlimited home plan tested my speed with speedtest.net download 518 kb/s upload 0 kb/s can someone pls guide me how to tweak/set my router to get appropriate upload speed. i am even unable to send mails / upload small images on any image hosting sites |

Rep Power: 0 | Thanks to R.Kalantri. I experienced difficulty in sending e.mails with attachments (especially the file sizes 100 kbs and above). There has been no guidance from BSNL Broadband. Then I saw your thread and reset TCP/MTU to 1492. Now I could send mails with ease. K.S.Kannan |

Rep Power: 5 | Just a side note: The MTU size of 1492 is correct for most routers. However, in some routers you must set it as 1500. Please refer your router guide. |
