Thread: Excess bill from bsnl

Attracted to change in tariff, I recently got converted to PLAN COMBO 500c+ to increase my free usage and free calls. For that my usage for free calls is <250 calls. But i was charged for net calls 200 and 50 calls are free (old tariff).what should i do now. how lodge a complaint online.

Complain to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. Address and telephone no on the backside of your bill. Before talking to them, talk to the accounts officer and negotiate.

Try it. But you will get better results if you talk to them. Follow up can do magic with BSNL.

From which tariff plan you shifted ?
Give correctly old and new nomenclature.
From which Date ?
Telephone metering usually from 1st of the month.
Check in your Selfcare portal ( hyderabad Users)
Details of your tariff plans old/new etc.

they say that they don't get any such information (updated tariff). they say what we have is free calls are offered for Combo500+ (BBG FN Combo 600) is only 50. They are telling that Billing is done at centralised server at banglore. I have even given them the link for their reference from BSNL website. They say they can't help it. The new tariffs are available at Commercial section.They too deny such Plan exists.

Take a print out of that tariff page and attach it to yourapplication. for credit.)

You have not mentioned from which DATE you opted for change of Tariff plan, or remained in same plan from beginning.
Free Phone calls on monthly basis.
( not on per day basis).

I have sent it through email with attachments today.

How much Broadband Rent has been charged for April 2010?
