can anyone tell me what are the steps to be taken when we have to apply for a transfer of bsnl phone connection with broadband and in how much days will it be done thanks

Give a written application to your local exchange. Time taken depends up on the work load of employees and your frequency of follow ups.

They Give A Application For Shifting Of Connection.Fill it And return To Them.

It Takes About 1 Week For Transfer Of Connection

In My Case It Was 6 Days

I am getting transfered from goa to kerala
I want to transfer my bsnl broadband connection
Could u tell me the steps in detail.

As it is now very easy to get a Bsnl Landline connection and Broadband connection, you can surrender the connection in GOA , return the modem if on rent, and get a surrender certificate from BSNL CC.
Bsnl Kerala may consider giving you a new connection on priority basis.

Or If the telephone is being retained In Goa. as
a temp arrangement you can avail prepaid BB facility. You need a Modem and BSNL L/L
to connect to Internet from ANYWHERE in India.

No BB charges will be debited to the new phone.

in my case it took 12 days only after weeks of influence did they even think of transferring
