Default Effect of Mass Email to BSNL..it works

I had a thought of sending mass mails to BSNL requesting them to upgrade speeds at same or lower costs and opened a thread here..however it got very less support.

same was started by SANDEEP on orkut
    http://www.orkut.co.in/Main#CommMsgs...32039824312277

and here is the REPLY many of us got
    http://www.orkut.co.in/Main#CommMsgs...895894&start=1

I request you to join this mass email program. I am confident that it will work in our favor.

Mail sent to : Kuldeep Goyal (CMD) Email : cmdbsnl@bsnl.co.in

    Content of email
    Respected Sir,

    Greetings.

As a loyal customer of Bsnl & fan of its services - I would like to see more upgrades in broadband plans.
It's so disappointing that Bsnl keeps referring 256 kbps as broadband speed while rest of the world are marching towards the likes of Gbps speeds.
Bsnl customers would love to have 256kbps and 512 kbps plans at much lower prices along with the introduction of 1mbps and 2mbps unlimited plans with no Fair Usage Policy subsequently setting a good example for other private ISPs. This will in turn encourage many Indian citizens to opt for Bsnl broadband service.

Hope you will kindly consider the above request.

Sent the e-mail. But as essbebe said, the reply you got is automated.
Hope, this mass-email program at least make the BSNL people start thinking about their services.

I dont think this is going to work.
After sometime they may start counting such mails as spam.
I am happy with my speed but I will also send a mail.

    i sent the email...
    hope this works...
i am really fed up with the current speed i am getting on my 750 ul plan...
and on the other hand mtnl users are getting 1mbps ul just for 999?
we loyal bsnl users need justice!

guys lets show bsnl that we are not fools paying 750 rs just for 256kbps connections, while mtnl is giving 1mbps in 999.

Since the answer is automated, should I send or not ? I am completely fed up with BSNL's current broadband system. My heart feels like bursting No airtel in my city

What a cruel joke about implementing crappiest plan like 900 ULF, 1000 ULF, 1100 ULF

    Default Good work.

Yes, we need to see truly unlimited 1 mbps and 2 mbps at reasonable prices. Who determines the pricing at BSNL?
