Thread: Bsnl 1000 new home combo plan not changing

i am residing in greater noida...and recently i have applied for an unlimited home plan BB "Home Combo ULF 1000".
i am on multiplay server of bsnl.
bsnl guys at my place first posted my request on the old dataone server...so my request f=got stuck somewhere..when i went to the office they showed me that my request for plan change is under process... n when i contacted the call centre they told me that my plan has already been changed.... n when i checked it on my portal order than i found that my plan has not changed n i getting old speed of 500c+ plan(which i was using)..
again i contacted them this time they made another requst on multiplay server...
but affter smtime i got a call from bsnl guy telling me that THIS PLAN IS NOT FEASIBLE AS HE CONTACTED TO THE MULTIPLAY DEPT. AND THEY HAVE TOLD HIM THAT THIS PLAN IS NOT FEASIBLE.
to check his authenticity i contacted on 1504 and the guys dr told me that this plan is FEASIBLE BOTH IN GREATER NOIDA AND NOIDA..
so please help me and clear my doubt about this plan change **** is this plan not feasible in greater noida...i have been getting mental trauma for last 20 days visiting here n there for this plan change....PLEASE HELP ME
