Thread: BSNL SAP Portal

From yesterday,BSNL SAP portal is not opening.When I try to open it I get a message that,

Portal runtime error.

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Exception ID: 07:26_12/05/10_21542450

Refer to the log file for details about this exception.

appears the data is transferred from main server to selfcare pages. there could be delay.
Also "wdc" officially not posted in BSNL Portal.
