VPI VCI for BSNL 0 and 35.
Use Open dns
208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222
or Google
8.8.8.8. qnd 8.8.4.4
use Bsnl UserId and PW

Yes. Just enter the VPI/ VCI values as 0 - 35. Enter your ID and password in the respective page.
