    Default Doubt regarding the bsnl broadband

    We took a bsnl broadband(dataone) internet connection in october,2006.It is H500 plan.When i want to see my account usage details in "SERVICE RECORDS" of cPanel website i am getting "Error on Page".I am not able to know account usage details after entering the username and password also.Cookies are also enabled.Please send the reply to this problem as soon as possible so that i can enjoy these services in a very efficient manner.

    Default still i am facing the same problem

    Even with the other dataone portals that i got as a reply i tried but i am still facing the same problem.i am getting the message :Error on page" on clicking the "SERVICE RECORDS".Please solve this problem as soon as possible so that i can have an idea about the usage of my account regularly.

    Default Still facing the same problem with the other dataone portals also

    I am still facing the same problem even on trying with the other dataone portals.I am getting the message "Error On Page" on clicking the "SERVICE RECORDS" after entering the username and password.Please solve this problem as soon as possible so that i can have an idea about the usage of my account regularly.

    Default BSNL Dataone service records querying

    Hello,

    I have BSNL broadband 256.works fine.
    When I login to dataone site for knowing my usage, I get "Operation Timed out" message". I am able to login using my userid / Password. It gets accepted and getting a blue screen.
    I get the above error when I press "Service Records" or any other option.

    Is there anything I can do to solve this problem?

    I also know that after logging in using userid and password it gets accepted and we get a blue screen.But then how to know the usage of my account details as i am getting the message "error on page" on clicking "service records".Could you please provide me with an efficient answer to this problem?

    The only thing that comes to my mind is that there is something wrong at bsnl broadband's end and I would suggest you call thier customer support to get an explaination.

    I would also suggest you send an e-mail with the complete description so you are covered just in case they send you a massive bill for the month which they are notoriously know for...

    Try browsing the page on IE.

    Default I already complained about this problem but no reply from them

    I already complained about this in BSNL IVR number 198.I also complained by calling to 16004241600.Can i know the customer care mail id of BSNL so that i will send them an e-mail regarding this whole problem?Anyone please send the mail id as soon as possible.

    Hii friend,I'm also similar kind of problem.When I click service record or change password,IE shows "Error on page".But surprisingly Avant Browser, which basically runs on IE,is showing the above links correctly.So if you still having the problem,you can download "Avant Browser" and try with it.It successfully solved my problem.Here is the download link:

    As Sujay said,I downloaded AVANT browser and accessed dataone.in website with that.But still i am getting "ERROR ON PAGE" message on clicking the "SERVICE RECORDS" in dataone.in website.So,I am not able to see the usage of account details even now.

    Hi Sujay,I downloaded the AVANT browser using the link that you said and accessed dataone.in website from that browser.But still then i am getting "ERROR ON PAGE" on clicking the "SERVICE RECORDS" in dataone.in website.Is there any other solution that you could provide me so that i can enjoy the bsnl broadband services more effectively?I hope that you will reply me as soon as possible.
