    How to check the status of a complaint booked at http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp
    is there any time limit to solve a problem.

    If you don,t get any phone call or response from your SSA/circle/Exchange within three days or four days
    , quote again old number and make a fresh
    complaint.
