Thread: WOW! Home UL 750 PLUS is now Rs.650 only

I was little surprised to see my April bill for Home UL 750 PLUS plan to be just Rs.650 only. (Rs. 650 for broadband fixed charges + Rs. 2 EDU+HEC cess + Rs. 65 sevice tax = Rs. 717) which is Rs. 110 less than March bill (Rs. 750 for broadband fixed charges + Rs. 2 EDU+HEC cess + Rs. 75 sevice tax = Rs. 827).
Today I checked the site, but no change in tariff was mentioned. I hope this Plan tariff is for real.

Also please do reply if somebody has Home UL 1350 PLUS plan (or any other plan in which they see their monthly bill less) and whats their
actual bill charges for April month.

Are you a government employee and applied for 20 % discount ?

Please mention your location. It will help other to check with their local exchange and revert. Me too once got a Rs. 100 less bill. They charged me the difference in next bill.

There is adifference in allowed day time download and NU.
probably you did not exceed 3 GB during day time. or check the free calls allowed 350 0r 250 ?! NU etc .
Check in Usage portal , under which plan you are listed now.

Names old /new and new combo plans creating confusion. Please go through all details. some tariff plans are not available for new users.

I'm not a government employee, so no discounts here. Location is Rohtak, Haryana circle.

Most probably you might not be in the plan:Home UL 750 PLUS

There is also a "BB Home Combo UL 625 CS1" plan (also includes 100 free calls) for "Home only for Gujarat, AP and Punjab"

But you were charged 650, so there might be some error. Anyway, I'm from Chandigarh and wonder if this is applicable for me also. Any ideas? I'll enquire it from local exchange on Monday.
