    Default Selfcare Portal Help !!

    Hello everyone ,
    My Selfcare Portal always Shows this error .

    We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:

    Error invoking service 'BBUsageWS', method 'BBUnbilledUsageGet' at step 'Invoking Web Sevice Unbilled'.(SBL-BPR-00162) Cannot connect to the server(SBL-EAI-04115)
    Here's The Pic :


    Im a BSNL Hyderabad User. I alwayz get that error . I have complained to CUSTOMER CARE for atleast 50 times now.. but no results..!! Thankfully im a BSNL 750+ unlimited user so no need to check the portal for Downloads and Uploads... but then too I want to knoe it for various purposes... . I can also not open the site Successfully in my Mozilla Firefox 3.6.3 . The website loads but i cant type the username or password.. Plz help in eradicating the problem..!
    PS : Dont Suggest Softwares cause i already use them... i just want to check in Portal Site otherwise wats the use of a portal site by BSNL..!!

    1. Have you tried bbusage.exe ? If not, try it.

    2. Clear your browser cache and try.

    3. Check with another browser.

    Thanx for the reply sir ..

    1. I have tried some softwares like Shaplus too.. My Fundamental question is y should we use softwares like dat when we have Portal for seeing the info. I knoe the software is as correct as Portal but BSNL should make sure that Portal Works right.
    2. As u said I cleared my browser cache and tried ... yet no results.. same error..
    3. I have tried using all browsers : Netscape , FireFox , Chrome and IE 8 all show the same error.

    bbusage.exe is a software from BSNL. It will show values even when the portal is down. Try it.

    As for the portal availability, BSNL is a government company and it will not be wise to expect efficiency from them.

    In the self care page can you access other menu items ?
    In the Broadbnad usage , submenu
    other menu items like Tariff plan/ Password change etc can you access them ?
    Try "Billed usage for April ".( if seen)
    You can PM your ID and PW for testing in
    my system to pinpoint the fault.

    In above the IP address is almost identical. the blanked entry can be
    consumer number from telephone bill.

    Thanx for ur reply sir . I have almost solved issue by complaining to BSNL and following CONTINUOUSLY !! The Problem is still the Browser !! It doesnt open even now with Firefox etc etc... I have complained regarding about that too ... maybe that will also be solved fast tooo !!

    Presume you mean the Selfcare website does not open in FireFox.
    There is an add on IE TAB lite for firefox which will switch the web page to IE Mode.
    try this.
    Or
    Try directly in IE6 . I remember some problem with IE8.
    Best try Opera or Google Chrome.
    Presume Javascript ,Java etc are enabled.
    Test your internet speed here .

    Heres the ScreenShot of my Speed as i checked with FireFox 3.6.3



    About Firefox problem as i contacted BSNL they replied Quickly ( FOR FIRST TIME ) . They told that Site is now being optimised for Firefox and Google Chrome by their technicians.. hopefully they do it soon ..!

    Okay. you have Java enabled !
    Tried CRM
    Log in page opens in
    IE8 opera and FireFox.
    Cannot proceed further. PM Userid PW if interested , that i should check BB usage link.
