My Selfcare Portal always Shows this error .
Here's The Pic :We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:
Error invoking service 'BBUsageWS', method 'BBUnbilledUsageGet' at step 'Invoking Web Sevice Unbilled'.(SBL-BPR-00162) Cannot connect to the server(SBL-EAI-04115)
Im a BSNL Hyderabad User. I alwayz get that error . I have complained to CUSTOMER CARE for atleast 50 times now.. but no results..!! Thankfully im a BSNL 750+ unlimited user so no need to check the portal for Downloads and Uploads... but then too I want to knoe it for various purposes... . I can also not open the site Successfully in my Mozilla Firefox 3.6.3 . The website loads but i cant type the username or password.. Plz help in eradicating the problem..!
PS : Dont Suggest Softwares cause i already use them... i just want to check in Portal Site otherwise wats the use of a portal site by BSNL..!!
