    Default Free Calls for 600 combo

    Any body in this forum having COMBO 600 plan. How many free calls were given to you by BSNL in the previous bill(April)?
    50 or 250

    According to the site, you should get 250 free calls. If not getting, check with the accounts officer.

    U mean 500 COMBO PLUS for 600 bucks? I am a user from Hyderabad and I got 250 free calls starting from April.

    I am having some tough time here convincing the sarkari babus that the tariff has been changed wef 01 april. They are saying that such change in tariff has not been with them.I cannot convince with print out of tariff at BSNL website. Can I get the number and email id of Head of Grievance cell of Andhra Pradesh circle

    Complain to Nodal officer and/or Appellate authority. Address and phone no on the backside of your bill.

    send an Online complaint here.
    If no action within 4 days, repeat the complaint referring old complaint number.

    or try http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in
    Register and then from menu select On line complaints. ( mentioned for Hyderabad may work for A.P other towns )
    Give OLD and New Name for your Tariff plan correctly.

    please post a copy of your complaint here , to which ever authority, you post. including the following data.
    1
    When your present Tariff plan started ? ( OLD name and New name )
    2.
    Or did you change over to new tariff plan in April 2010? ( DATE if applicable )
    3.
    How many Total calls were used in April and free calls allowed by A.O.
    4.
    What is the Tariff plan listed in your
    Usage portal BSNL Portal or elsewhere?

    Don't depend on emails. Those people hardly know how to check emails. Make a phone call and talk to them.

    ya i agree with dilip. Emails to any officers wont help. But that link to the online grievance might work. Better to go to your nearest BSNL office and ask whom to contact for Billing problems. They will have a telephone number for you to contact.

    250 calls from April Bill onwards. Alsoi, the extar usage charges have been dropped from 80 paise per MB to 50 Paise per MB... so a good deal

    Atlast I got in touch with nodal officer. He agreed to correct my error bill.

    I asked them for a demand note for my bill.They have given the corrected amount to be paid within due date.
    One lesson I learnt when you are not happy with call centre handling your problem, better to get in touch with Nodal officer. 80 pc your problem is solved.

    I have text messaged the problem with docket no. and also referring my my email. the next day I called him to know the status. he said he will talk to the concerned AO-TR. following day, I got an email from nodal officer that my bill has been updated.
