Thread: Error is usage display Portal

Hello Friends ,

We recently got our new broadband connection in office and today when I checked the usage it is showing like this. I feel we have used more than that, because in share plus bandwidth meter it is showing around 912 MB,and many times I even forgot to start the bandwidth meter so obviously practically I have used more than that. But in Portal it is showing this.. refer word document for day wise details total only 320 MB . Is there any scheme that new bb users are provided free internet for first initial some days

What is your tariff plan ?

How many computers in LAN mode? all have access to Internet ? may be your meter records local computer to computer traffic also.

Hi Essbebe was expecting your reply, but if you have seen the word doc i feel the total of individual daily usage will not come to only 320 MB , I have not tried it but looking at it I feel.

We have only one computer connected to internet via ethernet port, as its small office it is just like our home , only one PC connected via ethernet to Modem, there is also no LAN.

About Tariff Plan I really dont have any idea, can we look in internet portal that which tariff plan we have, but I only know we have 4 GB monthly limit. so it must be BBG Combo 599 ,,,

What is the b/W meter you are using now ? shaplus ?
Try both versions. One will show above task bar the usage.

Try the NetWorx. compare later with Bsnl. ( hourly/daily/weekly/monthly with graphs available )
Use FireFox browser with addons
adblock plus/ NoScript/Flash Block etc.
the day limit may be sufficient and will stretch by another 30 to 40%.

yeah shaplus im using and network also I have but I dont use it regularly shaplus I am regularly using both in home n office, till now I didnt have any problem but seems have to do something, in mycase portal is showing less usage, than I have used..

I faced it once. My usage on 1st of the month was updated on 21st. I really got in trouble that time. If the usage is not shown now, it will/can be updated at a later point of time.

Shaplus has an option to run automatically at start up. Enable that option.
