Default connect multiple computer using one broadband

I have a Type 1 ADSL 2+ CPE (Model No. T1-B-DSL699E9.4U6-5) teracom modem, using a bridge connection. Now, I have two laptops at home and I wish to run internet simultaneously on them , but when I try to configure the network for the second laptop, it doesn't work, I can share files between the two laptops, but the internet connection only works for one of them ( the one which was connected first). Can anyone please tell me the configuration I need to have in my second laptop ,presently I am only changing the LAN settings to these in my second laptop.
    IP. 192.168.1.3
    subnet mask 255.255.255.0
    default gateway 192.168.1.1

    DNS server 218.248.255.194 and 218.248.255.162

I am really new to this, so please help.

To connect more than one system simultaneously, you need to be in PPPoE mode. Configure your system to PPPoE and try.

If you don't use a Home connection for Business purposes ( if the plan does not allow it )

You can connect any no of computers to your internet connection provided it is for home use. There is no restriction.

Whenever I try to configure my connection using pppoe mode, the green light on link turns to red, although I am able to browse the internet. But even then I am unable to access internet from different computers only one computer is able to access the internet.
Also I would be glad if someone could help me in setting up my broadband using a bridge connection on linux.

Start > run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the data for all systems intended to use.
