Thread: Modem light glowing but still network cable unplugged message

Hi

I am using BSNL UL750 plan
until wednesday I was able to browse the web
but for the past 2 days my system says "network cable unplugged"
the modem (huwai) is having all 4 LED glowing (ADSL, Ethernet, power, LAN) as before
I checked the NIC as well and was able to ping my own IP as well as 127.0.0.1
My engineer too confirmed the NIC has no problem

ARP-a command shows no entries

My question
is this is a broadband connection problem? (there was a thundershower on wednesday night... is the broadband causing problem due to this heavy rains?)

Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.

Also mention modem/model/make/number.
If possible post as ANNEXURE JPG Summary page showing
SNR ATTN LINE speed etc.
