Thread: Problem changing BSNL broadband password

I wanted to change my broandband password through BSNL website www dataone net. But the link is down for nearly a month now. It says "You don't have permission to access / on this server."

My IP is 117.xx.xx.xx

Can anyone help.

Presume you have a 14 digit USAGE portal ID and PW as password.
( if not get it from exchange )
Open BSNL Portal
see the scroll message .
If your location is listed
go to concerned selfcare site and Register.
Feed back.

My user ID is of 12 digits and, of course, the password is "password".

My location is Chennai.

Your userID and PW will not work
You have to get a 14 digit Portal ID
like "abc12345052010" PW password.
Also if you intend to use BSNL

for email. one more set.
Selfcare pages do not apply to Chennai
Broadband users at present.
