In your scheduler you can disable NetWorx.
As mentioned earlier shows in different colors.

This meter is for cross checking usage
    tautology should be satisfactory.

IN shapus in settings you can give the time , for which not to meter, or count, but in my earlier thread I mentioned shaplus does not calculate usage correctly both in my home and office PC it is showing usage much more than what is being displayed in portal. Hence even im looking for some relaible bandwidth meter, I am also looking for a software by which I can limit the download / upload rate, like utorrent does for torrents I want to limit the download / upload rate of whole internet in my PC.

You have a lot of choices. Tautology meter, Netmeter (Paid), Networx. Try any. If you want more options, search " bandwidth meter " in Cnet or Softpedia.

I am using Shaplus without any problem. It is very accurate for me. I think you got confused in selecting the adapter. I think Networx will be a good choice.

    YES.
Unmetered shows in color Blue blocks if set.
Just check in day time one hour block.
I did not notice this facility earlier, as no need was there.
Thanks for drawing attention to this feature.
    wait ........ for settings page.
clickchange to the BLUE box. for different day's timings
