check MSS value . set default 0 MTU 1492 or default.
SG TCP Optimizer (Windows) - Free Downloads on ZDNet | Shareware, Trialware, Evaluation Software

Some have reported 1444 as MTU value.
Post the Firmware version which appears on top Status Device Info.
    Firmware Version
    2.7.0.31(RUE0.C1)3.5.10.0 MSS 0 mtu 1492 set .

In Firewall page SPI unchecked ?

May be a FW update is required.

Did you try the Winsox fix ?

Firmware version is 2.7.0.31(RUE0.C1)3.5.10.0. Have used sg tcp optimiser even though its not recommended for windows vista. Winsox gives error 'file not found'''.
