Hi !
I got broadband connection from BSNL on 09.06.2009 with a PLAN500C(2GB),with a Rent of modem (BBMRNT)Rs 50(20% discount as Govt emp)+Rent of broadband (BBRNT)Rs 500(20% discount as Govt emp)+ST&EC=Rs 496/- in all for a month.
Bill for the month of April (01.04.2010 to 30.04.2010) observed excess,to be paid on or before dtd 25.05.2010 witout surcharge.Instead of Regular BILL of Rs 496/-this was Rs 563/[-inclusive ADDITIONAL CHARGES for BBUSGCHG(?)Rs 60/-]
Due short of time ,I paid the amount of Rs 563/- on BSNL counter on 24.05.2010
It is surprised,I could not open the BSL PORTAL with correct user name & password to observe due BILL,EACH TIME I TRIED.
HOW CAN I OBSERVE MY DUE/CURRENT BILLS?

To access BSNL portal, you need a 14 digit portal ID. If you do not have it, check with the local exchange. They keep it in their records.
