Thread: My broadband connection is not working properly last 15 day

Plz help me .
The DSL light of my modem is not working properly.and net is not working last 15 days.I complained at 1500 but no progress.Plz solve my problem as soon as.Net IS disconneted in every 15 minute after connet.

Make sure that the splitter is not faulty. Bypass the splitter and connect directly to the modem. If splitter is faulty, the issue will be solved.

Make sure that all connections come after splitter. Refer this image

I face this problem form last 3 years, I complained at BSNl office 200-250 times, but still I facing this problem form last 3 Years ....

Such problem usually cause due to a faulty splitter. Check the diagram and follow the instructions. Mention your modem - model and make.

Option 1:
try to make your set up work smoothly.
Then check the line conditions.
Option 2:
Finally , if nothing works make a complaint
ONLINE at All India BSNL site.

line rate and Rate at least.
