Ya. It is a DNS issue. I too had some sites blocked by Open DNS. Currently using BSNL DNS.

I am also facing a peculiar problem with facebook and some other sites, the internet connection seems to be lost in between and while surfing (both at home and in office) I am getting this message in FF, problem loading page

Firefox can't find the server at (website name)
    * Check the address for typing errors such as
    ww.example.com instead of
    Example Web Page

    * If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
    connection.

    * If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

But after refreshing the page repeatedly 4-5 times it loads properly, sometimes only this problem is happening , and as its happening both in office and home i doubt its some BSNL problem rather than some individual line problem. But during such times when I get the problem loading page message, gtalk is available , gtalk is always online means net is still on, only the page has failed to load. ANy solution>

But still facebook market place is not at all displaying properly can any one read this correctly in BSNL ?

    @rsk11584

Dude, change the DNS settings from BSNL's to either -

    Open DNS
    Preferred DNS Server: 208.67.222.222
    Alternate DNS Server: 208.67.220.220

    Google DNS
    Preferred DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
    Alternate DNS Server: 8.8.4.4

A friend of mine had the same problem and upon changing the DNS, things worked out fine.
