Thread: Bsnl Broadband Usage Problem

Hello Guys i am having problem with my usage in that data.bsnl.in site does not showing any usage. After login to data.bsnl.in with my portal id it displays a message that dear customer use following selfcare links i.e
CRM,
CRM,
Loading Portal...,
Loading Portal... .
But i am having problem in this 4 links is that 4 links does not have my city name i.e Nagpur.
Please help me to solve the problem and suggest that which link should i used for checking my broadband usage.

try as usual at http data bsnl in with
14digit portal id and PW
( keyboard trouble no dots ! checking)

We were able to check broadband usage at data bsnl in
Since 1st June we are not able to do so.
Once login is completed, portal show four link.

None of above link mentioned Nagpur.

So how to check broadband usage.

Just register at Loading Portal...
and try.

from today to keep track of your usage from now. Any error can be compared later with BSNl readings.

Confirm your consumer number as shown in Telephone bill has 8 digits only. Then you can check your usage without using any ID and PW.
