Thread: Exactly when Usage alerts by SMS are sent

I have 500C plan (1.5 GB + night Unlimited). On 21st of month my total usage including NU was over 1.5 GB. I got SMS alert that "u have reached 100% of free usage" on 25th. But still at that time excluding NU usage was below 1GB..
Why BSNL sends SMS before excluding NU use is over limit?

They are alertin you in advance!
They alert you when you are very close to the limit provided in your dataone plan
The alerts are sent on a "DAILY BASIS"

may be their system is faulty! dont depend on it anyway

I had a similar issue i was using bb250 at that time it was only 3rd of the month and the usage portal showed that i have used 3gb and the date was given as 11th and i complained and the problem was solved
