    Unhappy DNS Servers for BSNL

Can anyone suggest as of latest which DNS would be best to use for BSNL? I have tried OpenDNS, and honestly, I am irritated by it nowadays with its snail-speed sometimes. So, if anyone has a better alternative and would like to share.. please.

    Tx.

However, slow Browsing was a bad experience for me even,I trusted the Open dns, after 2~3 days, my problem was set right, may be there can be a slow server error from Bsnl side,
If not try Obtain an ip address automatically
Or Try calling your exchange people, ask them about D.N.S.,hence they can help you!!

If BSNL DNS servers are up and running, go for it.... They are always better than OpenDNS and all.....

I have been using BSNL broadband for 3-4 years now.... BSNL DNS servers have been great for me 99% of the time....

Since quite some time, I have been having downtimes with BSNL DNS.

    I use Google (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) and openDNS.

And since the speed upgrade, the BSNL DNS has been very glitchy! :/

Was using Open DNS for quite sometime, pretty good actually. Switched to Google DNS and found that it is slightly better than Open DNS.

Though on my Kubuntu notebook, Open DNS works better, BSNL DNS was very erratic on Kubuntu, changed to Open DNS and goodness, pages load much faster than on my Windows 7 system.
