Default Speed inconsistency? (For UL750 and ULF1350)

So yes, we've been upgraded to an all time 512 Kbps and a 2 Mbps (till 15 GB, thereof 512 kbps) respectively in UL750 and ULF1350.

However, I have been noticing this for four days now. I have a very variable speed. IDM would bless me with a 50-100 KBps in the initial stage, and then a very variable speed of 20-60 KBps.

Youtube would stream at a mindblowing (Yeah, like something so annoying it blows your mind off) 16 - 1300 kbps, althought mostly 16-300 Kbps.

Healthy torrent would download at a 50 KBps.

This is pretty annoying. Same with you?

Yes speed is miserable from 2 pm today.....getting 20-40 kBps on UL 750. Speed is rather on the low side of the range.

I dont have any such problems... My speed has been very consistent between 60-67 kBps... no prbs at all ... But yea for those who are experiencing this problem i think it will get over be few more days as the BSNL server has to get Normalized after the speed change!

    P.S : I'm in 750 Plan

That's disgusting..I wouldn't mind 256 Kbps on normal websites, like Google, Facebook and others, but Youtube and other video/audio streaming sites deserve at least a 1 Mbps! :/

And I am getting even worst speed today, on YouTube (only while streaming), like about 100 Kbps. When I download using IDM on 8 chunks, I get 60~ KB/s!!!
