    Default Cat6 Wiring TIA 568-B

Greetings, I'm trying to connect my bsnl UT300R2U adsl modem with my laptop in another room (distance approx 15m) through ethernet port (USB port is already being used by the desktop).I had already connected to internet successfully though a readymade short 1.5m ethernet cable which came with my modem.

So I went ahead and brought 15m Cat6 cable, two RJ45 connectors & a crimp tool. I followed TIA 568-B wiring standard for patch i.e straighthrough cable since i'm connecting pc with modem. But i'm not able to connect to internet with the cable i'd fixed. I didnt buy a network tester due to budget constraints.
pls let me know if i'd done anything wrong thnx

Just remove the two connectors and get two connectors and try with cat5 style.
