Thread: Hate This BSNL service

Just now at 4.32pm my Landline number got changed to someone else number and i got my old Number cut off and my Broadband too...

1st when i contact them, 2 calls connected at a time, 2ladies where saying Hello Hello and they said its there problem only and One lady was not able to understand my query and she told me to cut the line off and i am wasting her time..

2nd when i called my mobile, the landline told the number is busy and too the call was connected..

3rd a good lady from that helpline told that when many number gets provided, some number will be changed to other exchange office so you need not to Panic.. What the Hell is this, should the old customer will be treated like this or the new one...

Now also i am experiencing this same problem...
But now my landline number comes up correctly and the internet but the problem is when i dial it says number and also the ring is going.. I can hear both the tone at a time...

call 2xxx1191 enter faulty phone number.

Report your problem to the TRAI section in your nearest telephone exchange,ask the senior devisional operator about this problem,may be he acn sort out your problem!
