Thread: Home 900UL help

Does anyone have any idea if the speeds for the home 900ul plans will be increased in a few months from now atleast.Its horrible.Imagine For the 500 plan users in the night time they can download nearly 6GB.But for 900Ul plan it takes almost 3 days.Its disgusting.The only plus point in the 900UL plan is that u dont have to have the fear of exceeding the alloted limit.Hope they increase the speed to atleast 1Mbps Hmmmmmmm! no atleast 512 Kbps.Ur comments on this please.

See India is still not developed enough to give 2 mbps unlimited ,but I heard from one BSNL staff that they will once again revise the exsisting plans in the coming six months.I have no idea wheather its true or not.I am not a BSNL broadband user.As you said only advantage is the absence of fears of exceeding the limit in 900 UL plan.

Yes mate, its disgusting.. even I am 900 UL Plan user from Chennai, its takes more than 3 days time to download a 4 GB movie... and pretty much the UL speed sucks @ max 7 kbps.... I wish they revise the plan as early as possible..

I wish they would revise the plan or it might be their business tactics.For the other 256kbps plans the speed is increased 8 times but the bownload/upload limit is increased only by 2.5 times.So for the same plan the time with which they can browse the net with max speed is much kess and even if in case there is an increase in the usage of the maximum alloted bandwidth it would be even more so excess usage of your allocated bandwidth.Its pretty easy to figure it out.
I guess they could have increased the speed for UL900 plan users to atleast 512 or atleast half that alloted to the 256kbps plan users.
