Hello ppl,I have requested to change my broadband plan from home 500 combo to BB UL 625 CS1 PLAN on 7th may,2010 by calling 1500 they said the plan will be active in 24 hrs..i checked the selfcare portal website after 2 days it says my order is complete and the bb 625 plan is active,but thing is still i get the same speed of 2 mbps,which means that the connection has not changed, though the portal shows it has changed.My usage units is also counting instead of showing nill for UL connection.Its been almost a month but still i get the same old speeds.When i report this problem with bsnl customer service they say your plan has been changed and cant help u more than this...so what shud i do now...Please help me with this problem.thnk you
