Thread: please help me..

Hello ppl,I have requested to change my broadband plan from home 500 combo to BB UL 625 CS1 PLAN on 7th may,2010 by calling 1500 they said the plan will be active in 24 hrs..i checked the selfcare portal website after 2 days it says my order is complete and the bb 625 plan is active,but thing is still i get the same speed of 2 mbps,which means that the connection has not changed, though the portal shows it has changed.My usage units is also counting instead of showing nill for UL connection.Its been almost a month but still i get the same old speeds.When i report this problem with bsnl customer service they say your plan has been changed and cant help u more than this...so what shud i do now...Please help me with this problem.thnk you

Plan change is effective when the portal order status says "Provisioned".

Confirm it from 1504!
What they say and yes,until your portal shows provisioned,your plan change request is not counted!
Well if nothing works,contact the nodal officer and appetite authority about this tell them about your detailed problem!
Didin't you gave application for your plan change?

1 Take a print out of the usage data for May 2010.

2.Also the page showing Plan change shown as "provisioned"

3.If you can check in selfcare Page your Telephone bill for05/2010
check the amount.

4 If abnormal see the A.O for revised bill.

5. Check usage for current month also.

6. For any dispute about billing telephone conversation/s with CC
will not help. Documentary proof required.
