    Default Help regarding ADSl disconnection!

    Hello members, I am currently using BSNL 500C+/2mbps plan. Off late i am having the ADSL link going off frequently, almost 4-5 times every half an hour.
    The problem started only a few days ago. I have been observing the modem statistics page at 192.168.1.1 continuously. The SNR is ~31.5 db and the attenuation is ~28 db during the link being connected. But all of a sudden both the figures change suddenly, simultaneously like

    SNR:31db->25db>15db->7db->0db->link lost

    Attentatuion:27db->35db->50db->58db->link lost

    consequently the network gets disconnected. The rate of disconnections is somehow, very less during the late night.

    I have checked all the wiring pattens in my house but everything seems to be fine.

    Could you guys please help me?

    No,still the values of your line tells that you may face disconnection issues in peak time and yes,
    Lodge a complaint on 198 about the problem of disconnection,coz you will face disconnections till your line man verifies that there are no more line problem issues and yes,did you hear any voice breakdowns after picking up the receiver??

    @danthu_bhardwaj
    1.Assuming you have connected all phones AFTER the ADSL splitter.
    ( did you add additional phone/s direct to Phone junction in some other room/s ?)
    2.
    Mention your modem/model/make/number and select from links given.
    3.
    Check TR_069 client option and un check the box.

    4.
    Mod mode if ADSL2+ uncheck and select GDMT.

    5.
    Keep bitswap enabled.
    feedback.
