Recently I came to know of Symantec's free DNS service.
Checkout Norton DNS Public Beta

This is indeed interesting. Seems like Norton has used security as their USP. It could be a potent competitor if it is stable and quick as well. Let's see how user reports come up in the next few weeks.

Using norton dns Im using norton dns (198.153.192.1 & 198.153.194.1)
Norton dns gives malicious website warnings e.g http://epaper.indianexpress.com/ and also blocks bsnl motive (virus threat) which doesnt happen when i use open or google dns.
And open, google and norton are equally fast. But Norton dns helps by giving additional protection.
