BSNL is cheating its customers by sying Dataone Unlimited 256 kbps and giving a very slow speed most times of 40 to 80 kbps. And also it comes with free continous disconnection. You need to redial to connect.
Most of the time the DataOne 256 Unlimited broadband connection is not reliable because of its low speeds. Even if your computer has good configuration, the speeds are very low. If you need to check its speed you have to wait till early morning 3am. Then you can see its speed of 256kbps.
So its very clear that when more users log in in day time and in the evening the bandwidth is shared. If the customer is paying Rs.900/- per month just for 256kbps than he/she must get the 256kbps all the time even any number of users are connected. The quota must not be shared.
The the worst thing is the customer care. Most time the oldies pick up the phone and doesnt have any knowledge about the bandwidth. And not only that, most of the time the customer care phone rings and no one picks up the call. customer care time 10:30am to 4:30pm (at that time only they will be in the office) and on sundays and holidays there is no customer care. So what BSNL says is that its customers must use the internet only between 10:30am to 4:30pm.
What should we do with the BSNL officials?? Throw stones at them??
