    Question Bridge to pppoe

    hi,

I am using a teracom type 4 modem. I pressed the reset button by mistake. Now, I a unable to use the PPPOE mode as it configurations are lost.
Then I was asked to switch to bridge mode.

Can anyone help me to switch back to PPPOE mode??

    Default

    Open 192.168.1.1 admin admin
    select WAn
    select 0_35
    edit
    uncheck "Bridged"
    select PPP/PPPoE
    next
enter your USER ID ( without @ bsnl.in ) and PW
    Apply Save
( preferable in mangement Save reboot)
    wait for two minutes.
Now your system should connect to Internet , without using a Windows "dialer"

In doubt check siemen's c2110 details in Calcuttta Telephones web site. Item No 8.
Download user manual teracom for future reference.
    Feedback.
