Default BSNL changed the plan by itself(shows excess usage now)

I have been using bsnl 500 plan for more than 4yrs now and had the free 2am to 8am usage and a download limit upto 2.5 GB, I always do a periodic check of my usage using the bsnl portal.

so I check for the usage today(11-june) and noticed that the night time usage has been added to my normal usage and the service name has changed from BBG FN 500 to BBG 250 on (10-june).

I am baffled by looking at the usage, it shows the normal usage as...6.166 GB

How the hell can bsnl change my plan without my knowledge and consent......

please do suggest what steps I should take to get this rectified, whom should i approach regarding this matter

Please contact local BSNL CC. may be they have
informed the wrong details for plan change.
First ask them in which plan you are registered .

I contacted the BSNL CC,they checked and informed me that the plan hasn't been changed to 250 plan, I also visited the local exchange to check if the plan has been changed but it is mentioned as 500 plan in there record.

But it still reports as BBG 250 in my portal and all my free night usage is being added to the normal usage

I told the exchange about this and they ask me to contact the BSNL CC, and the ppl at the BSNL CC are telling me that there hasn't been any change in my plan....

I am quite worried about the downloads, what if i get a huge bill?....

How am i supposed to get this rectified?
