Thread: Wrong charges in may 2010 bill after plan change

hello this is my first post i have a major issue untill april 2010 i had UL1350
unlimited connection which is shifted to UL 750 unlimited connection in following now when the bill of may 2010 comes it reflects the plan to be UL750 and other charges are normal but a unusual charge of rs 1200 is charged by name of BROADBAND DEPOSIT OVERDUE my connection is over a year old i paid all the deposits like security,advance deposit that time.so why this is being charged usually when we shift from a cheper plan to costlier plan deposits are charged accordingly like on shifting from UL-750 to UL-1350.but in my case its reverse i have shifted from UL-1350 to UL-750.and the planed was applied from 1st of may and recent bill are all clear.please help
