    Go to data.bsnl.in, under post paid orders, enter your telephone no in the prescribed format and hit search order. Check the effective date and plan status. Post the screen shot after blackening your personal details.

    If you are In A.P
    may be you should register at
    CRM
    to access broadband usage/ change of plan etc.
    Or you can try
    BSNL Portal with a 14 digit usage portal Id and default PW as password { get it from exchange. }
    Check your speed here.

    No need to enter service ID. Leave it blank.

    It says Sorry, No records found. But the SDE said the account was changed.

    Go to speedtest.net, perform a speed test and post the " Forum link " here. You may also try a download (any) from Microsoft and check the speed. Some servers and torrents do not give good speed.
