in my home 1000 plan, i have 5GB limit. on the last day of the month, i had lot of left limit so i started downloading in the day time to make use of the limit available. but unfortunately, bsnl billing has made the cut off time something different.
May month unbilled data,
31-may 1-jun 1.7GB
7:31PM 2:03AM
may month billed data - last entry, (total usage billed is 3GB, so i have 2GB more left)
31-may 31-may 11MB
9:21AM 10:40AM
have anyone faced this kind of problems with bsnl billing and any solutions for this if we talk to the accounts manager?
