Thread: i cant find the usage,

i have already a portal id,but from few days when i enter portal id it shows four new link, i live in punjab so i click on the last link ,i see it asking for another user id ,i click on the register ,there is blank space for customer id,i see it on the bill but there was nothing on the bill,but i see consumer id on the bill it starts from alphabets ,i enter it but it not accepted by the site,
help me pls
