Thread: BSNL Portal Problem - Jharkhand Customer

Hey Guys!!

I'm having problem checking my usage details...there is no link for jharkhand customers in the portal...please help..


and i also wanted to ask something..

i got my broadband on 17 may...so on which date my month will be completed...on 17th june...

or it will count as another month from 1st june...

please reply..

Try data.bsnl.in.

Your billinbg cycle will be 1st to 30 th. If you are on limited plan (Say Home 500), you will not get whole 1.5 GB. So be careful while using net.

try this application to check your usage on hourly/daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Ask BNSL CC for Usage portal ID ( 14 digit ) and PW as password.
then access http://data.bsnl.in
When you open this site either you log in
or
check the Scroll message for self care portals.
check whether your town/city is listed in any.
Now 4 links are available.

I am facing the same problem, neither data.bsnl.in site nor the software provided above is working . any other alternative?
